What the forms collect
Mentor applications collect your name, email, designation, company, areas of expertise, profile picture and consent. Interest and contact forms collect your name, email, chosen audience or request type, organization or college when supplied, message when supplied and consent. Each submission receives a reference.
Why we collect it
We use the information to review mentor applications, understand pilot or partnership interest, answer enquiries and handle correction or deletion requests. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing or create a public profile.
Where it is stored
Resend sends form details to the GET VIBED review inbox. Mentor photos are included as email attachments. Only share a photo you agree to send by email.
What happens after you submit
The website confirms acceptance by the email service with a reference. It does not send automatic email confirmations, schedule sessions or create campus accounts. Application and enquiry follow-up requires review by the GET VIBED team. A response time is not promised here.
Corrections and deletion
Use the contact form, select a correction or deletion request and give the email associated with the original record. Do not include passwords, identity documents or other sensitive material. Verification may be needed before changing or deleting a record. Submitting a request records it for review; it does not automatically delete data.
Retention
No fixed retention period is currently published. A retention schedule and institutional responsibilities must be agreed before campus pilot operations. You can request deletion of a website submission through the contact form.
Browser data and third parties
The website does not add advertising analytics or a marketing tracking SDK. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Hosting infrastructure and any sign-in required by the Site’s access policy can process technical request information and use their own cookies. This notice does not cover an external service’s own policies.
Share only what is needed
Do not submit private student work, health information, financial details or confidential company material in these forms. If you have a general question before sharing personal information, use the contact page.
